Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the work. Here's how refunds work, plainly.

Starter (one-time build)

Because the Starter package is custom work delivered for you, refunds work like this:

• Before we start: if you change your mind before we begin building, you get a full refund, no questions.
• After we've started: once we've begun the work, we don't offer full refunds, because the time and build are already underway. If something's wrong with what we delivered, tell us and we'll fix it.
• After delivery: the build is yours. We don't refund completed work, but we stand behind it. If we got something wrong, we'll make it right.

Pro (monthly upkeep)

• You can cancel anytime, and you won't be charged again after you cancel.
• We don't refund the current month once it's started, but cancelling stops all future charges.
• You keep everything already built.

What "results vary" means

We can't refund based on rankings or search results, because no one controls those, and we never promised a specific ranking. What we're responsible for is doing the work properly. If we didn't, we'll fix it or make it right.
